Our products are built to last and are thoroughly tested before despatch. However, we recommend that you test the product before installation or dispatch to your customer.
However should the product fail, please contact us on 01992 552151. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone and the product is within its warranty period then we will repair it free of charge. If you wish, we will take care of the delivery and collection of the product.*

If the EME product is outside the warranty period, then we will be pleased to repair it for you. We will need the product to be returned to EME Ltd so we can send you a quote before we carry out any repairs or servicing.
